Today, Vitalyst Health Foundation announced the availability of the 2018 Live Well Arizona Mini-Grants. Grants ranging from $1,000-$15,000 are available via an online, rolling application process through June 30, 2018 – or until the total allocation of $100,000 has been committed.

The announcement details were delivered as Vitalyst hosted a webinar wrapping up the 2017 Year of Healthy Communities and launching the transition into Live Well Arizona.

Here’s how to apply:

1. Experience a complete walk-through of mini-grants. Watch a replay of our announcement webinar. The webinar starts with a recap of the 2017 Year of Healthy Communities. At the 11-minute mark, we announce the mini-grants. You’ll learn about mini-grant goals, hear about evaluation and scoring weights, and get a walk-through of the online application process.
