Announcing the Live Well Arizona Incubator
Cross-sector collaboration doesn’t happen magically. It requires creating space, developing shared understanding, discovering unifying strategies, and structuring new ways of moving forward together. In other words, new partnerships need focused effort. That is why the Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities and Vitalyst are partnering to pilot the Live Well Arizona Incubator.
The Incubator’s primary purpose is to catalyze place-based, cross-sector collaborations that tackle opportunities to improve community well-being and health. Applications are open now, for teams with a geographically-based health improvement opportunity that lends itself to a multi-sector solution. Selected teams will be matched with a consultant/coach to guide them in developing both the collaboration and its action plan.
Applications are due August 1. Click here to learn more details, contact us with any clarifying questions, and begin the application process
