Dr. Nathan Delafield is a Community Internal Medicine physician at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine residency program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. He is a native Phoenician and attended Arizona State University before going to Indiana University for medical school and Mayo Clinic Arizona for residency. Dr. Delafield is passionate about medical education, philanthropy, eliminating healthcare disparities and creating novel ways to address social determinants of health. In his free time, Dr. Delafield enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young children, watching football, and traveling.
