Priscilla Foote, LMSW
Priscilla Foote is the Director of the Gila River Tribal Regional Behavioral Health Authority (T/RBHA)/Behavioral Health Services department of Gila River Health Care. As Director, she oversees the clinical operations, including outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, case management, crisis intervention, medical social work services, prevention, provider network and training. She is an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community. Her family comes from the village of Komtake, located on the western part of the reservation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Social Work Degree with an emphasis in Planning, Administration, and Community Organization from Arizona State University. She serves as a member of the Gila River Indian Community Regional Partnership Council for First Things First, the ASU School of Social Work’s Office of American Indian Projects Advisory Committee, and is the GRHC representative to the Governing Board of the Desert Visions Youth Wellness Treatment Center.
