- Drugs Don’t Work in Arizona, receiving $25,000 to launch a small business outreach program.
- Gompers Center for the Handicapped, receiving $25,582 to provide equipment for a dental clinic.
- Grantmakers in Health, receiving $6,000 to continue support of activities.
- Greater Phoenix Youth at Risk, receiving $30,000 to launch the Stepping Stones Mentoring program.
- Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies, receiving $25,990 to improve birth outcomes in Maryvale.
- John C. Lincoln Health Network, receiving $12,000 to implement a data tracking system.
- Maricopa County Department of Public Health, receiving $29,365 to prevent abuse and neglect through dental awareness.
- Maricopa Health Foundation, receiving $50,000 to create a cancer information database.
- National Parkinson Foundation, receiving $2,500 to sponsor the YOPN conference.
- Native Seeds/SEARCH, receiving $5,054 to research and implement the Desert Foods Diabetes Education project.
