- About Care, receiving $48,719 to support infrastructure for a support system in the frail elderly community.
- Advocates for the Disabled, receiving $15,000 to assist with bridge funding.
- Arizona Foundation for Human Service Providers, receiving $220,000 to develop and implement a statewide training program for interpreters in the behavioral health field.
- Arizona Health Facilities Authority, receiving $50,000 to strategize care planning and network development for their mini-grant program.
- Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association, receiving $250,000 to gather project data to analyze and report on healthcare workforce trends.
- Arizona State University, receiving $20,436 to study patterns and heart disease knowledge in young adult African Americans of metropolitan Phoenix.
- ASU Philanthropy Class, receiving $20,000 to fund “Health in a New Key”.
- Central Arizona Shelter Services, Inc., receiving $10,000 to develop a pediatric dental component within the CASS Dental Clinic.
- Community Development – Family Leadership Conference, receiving $15,000 for conference support.
- Crossroads, Inc., receiving $152,950 to develop Crossroads Methamphetamine Pilot Project.
- Desert Mission Marley House, receiving $16,800 for a consultant to navigate the licensing of Marley House.
- Hon Kachina Council, receiving $150,000 to fund the annual Hon Kachina awards program.
- HSC Educational Foundation, receiving $90,000 to establish a self-sustaining infrastructure that enables people with disabilities to self-direct their health and human services.
- LISC Phoenix, receiving $5,000 to develop presentation tools and workshop strategies for LISC.
- Maricopa Partnership for Arts and Culture, receiving $80,000 to support an Alzheimer’s arts engagement program.
- NFJ Center for Caregivers, Inc., receiving $30,000 for startup funding.
- Planned Parenthood of Southern Arizona, receiving $90,000 to support “Real Life, Real Talk,” a multiyear social change initiative aimed at strengthening parents’ communication with their children about making health lifestyle choices.
- Scottsdale Prevention Institute, receiving $55,446 to support “Llevando Salud al Parque: Promoviendo la Salud de los Ninos y las Familias” (“Takin’ Health to the Park: Promoting Sustainable Health in Children and Families”).
- Special Olympics of Arizona, receiving $45,000 for volunteer and team building.
- The Governors, receiving $25,000 to fund a matching grant of Banner Children’s Hospital.
- The Governors, receiving $30,000 to fund administrative support.
- The Wellness Community, receiving $72,500 to support a community alliance for comprehensive cancer prevention, treatment, and response.
- University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, receiving $28,655 to provide seed funding for a study that will determine the impact of the Medicare Modernization Act on the dual-eligible population in Arizona.
- University of Arizona School of Family and Consumer Sciences, receiving $12,500 to build resilient communities by promoting the health and well-being of young people.
- West Yavapai Guidance Clinic, receiving $80,000 to implement the “Matrix Model” for chemical dependency treatment.
- Wickenburg Healthcare Alliance, receiving $4,285 to support a primary care clinic, community resource center, and youth development program.
