- Arizona Coalition for Military Families, receiving $30,700 to implement “Guideline to Care” that strengthens the community’s capacity to serve veterans and service members.
- Arizona Ecumenical Council, receiving $35,000 to educate older adults in faith communities about the impact of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
- Arizona Organizing Project, receiving $120,000 to build healthy and thriving communities by organizing the most vulnerable.
- Arizona’s Children Association, receiving $34,360 to support the “Promotoras de Bienestar” project at Golden Gate Community Center.
- Central Arizona Shelter Services, Inc., receiving $5,175 to purchase equipment for conscious sedation in pediatric dentistry.
- Chandler Fire Department, receiving $51,363 to expand the efforts of Chandler’s crisis response team, CR288.
- Children’s Museum of Phoenix, receiving $80,000 to develop parent networks at the Children’s Museum.
- Community Food Connections, receiving $10,000 to increase access to the Phoenix Public Market – Urban Grocery.
- P.O.P.S.I.C.L.E., receiving $20,000 to support a screening tool that earlier identifies children with feeding issues.
- Parent Child School Support Service/Harvest Life Missions, receiving $20,760 to help refugee families transition to the United States.
- Purple Ribbon Council, receiving $40,000 to support a community engagement project.
- Rehoboth CDC, receiving $55,000 to strengthen community ties in the Canyon Corridor.
- Rio Salado Rowing Club, receiving $20,000 to support the “Everybody Can Row” program.
- Scottsdale Prevention Institute, receiving $21,000 to build coalition capacity by teaching coalition members to facilitate parent education workshops.
- Shape Up US.org, receiving $25,000 to develop a hip hop healthy heart teacher training program.
- Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS, receiving $52,000 to implement Phase II of Southwest Center’s transitional youth program.
- Southwest Institute for Families and Children, receiving $12,000 to support the Connect2Help Circle Collaborative.
- St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center, receiving $35,000 to develop DesertNet.
- Superstition Mountain Mental Health Center, receiving $30,000 to fund an Apache Junction wellness partnership.
- TigerMountain Foundation, receiving $24,000 to expand the Garden of Tomorrow.
- VisionQuest 20/20, receiving $20,000 to develop a business plan.
- VisionQuest 20/20, receiving $225,000 implement a business plan.
- Wesley Community Center, receiving $100,000 to continue the process involved with “Building a Healthy Community”.
