St. Luke’s Health Initiatives’ 2011 grants are:

• Arizona Interfaith Alliance for Worker Justice, receiving $30,000 to create a community workshop and leadership development initiative.
• Asian Pacific Community in Action, receiving $20,000 to build civic participation and community engagement within the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
• Asian Pacific Community in Action, receiving $22,600 to expand the South Phoenix Healthy Kids Partnership into the larger South Phoenix community.
• ASU Foundation, receiving $41,846 to support the Promotoras Hope Network.
• Centers for Habilitation, receiving $11,500 to support the second phase of the Family Leadership Council Focus which advocates for individuals with disabilities.
• Integrated Care Management Pilot (ICMP), receiving $30,000 to initiate Phase I of the evaluation process.
• Kingdom Communities of the Valley, receiving $22,700 to start the South Mountain Healthy Eating Active Living (HEAL) Initiative.
• MentorKids USA, receiving $15,000 to build health and resiliency in the North Phoenix Palomino community.
• MentorKids USA, receiving $35,000 to formalize the South Phoenix Mentoring Alliance for South Phoenix families.
• P.O.P.S.I.C.L.E., receiving $25,000 to implement a pediatric feeding disturbances identification tool.
• Parent Child School Support Services/Harvest Life Missions, receiving $25,000 to help refugee families transition to the United States.
• Pastoral Care Associates, receiving $25,000 for the Montserrat Acu Detox Clinic.
• Phoenix Day, receiving $65,000 to enhance Neighborhood Community of Practice to the Central Park Community.
• Phoenix Revitalization Corporation, receiving $28,000 to support the Moving Communities initiative.
• Rehoboth CDC, receiving $35,000 for the GARDEN (Generating Achievement in Resiliency with Deliberation, Exercise & Nutrition) Initiative.
• Somali American United Council, receiving $12,000 for the “Somali Refugee Women: Empowerment of Self-Sufficiency” project.
• South Ranch II Debi Bisgrove Community Center, receiving $15,000 for healthy living community engagement efforts.
• Southwest Center for HIV-AIDS, receiving $25,000 for the Southwest Aids Advocacy Team (SWAAT).
• Unlimited Potential, receiving $50,000 to support promotoras in South Phoenix.
