People, Partnerships and Possibilities
Welcome to December, when people typically reflect on the preceding 12 months – or in our case we look back on SLHI’s fiscal year through our 2014 online Annual Report.
It builds on the premise that expanding partnerships is essential to anyone tackling community health challenges. At SLHI, we value each and every relationship with our philanthropic colleagues, the business community, state entities, cities, the federal government, nonprofit partners, developers and community leaders. Together, we had a strong year marked by important achievements.
Take a tour through the report to see what we mean. It highlights examples of the work we pursue in living up to our role as “a Catalyst for Community Health.” 18 years into our journey as a foundation, we recognize more than ever that the most effective way to see our goals succeed is by collectively working together.
