Social Determinants of Health: Conference Recap
What took place on March 27? A sold-out audience of 300+ attendees experienced six and a half hours packed with content from both national and local perspectives. Together, we reflected on the opportunity to bring health care and the social determinants of health together in one room and consider win-win-win scenarios for Arizona. According to an astonishing 160 post-conference evaluations, Arizona is hungry for more. Here are some next steps:
