Vitalyst convenes and builds the capacity of a team of consultants and coaches who are then mobilized with Vitalyst support for partners. Vitalyst welcomes all consultants serving Arizona organizations to join the TAP Team by completing a profile through our contracts/grant management system (WizeHive) using the form below. Once you submit the form to join the TAP Team, we will add you to our #TAPtips Mailing List, which includes updates from Vitalyst, professional development opportunities, and contract opportunities.
