Vitalyst Announces Dates for Systems Change Grants
Vitalyst Health Foundation has released the timeline for the 2022 Systems Change Grants. The grants are designed to catalyze collaborative work that transforms systems through changes to policies and practices to improve the health for our communities. The grants are three-year awards ranging from $150,000 – $175,000 total.

A grants information meeting will be held via zoom on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. that will provide more detail about the grants and process. A discussion about the 2022 Spark Grants will be part of the discussion.
