For the first time in its nearly 25-year history, Vitalyst has an official Five-Year Strategic Roadmap. In typical Vitalyst fashion, the Roadmap is a product of our community partners as well as our Trustees and staff. We are indebted to, and grateful for, the stakeholders and community members who have helped us more clearly define how Vitalyst can better work to achieve our mission.  

2020 has been a year of unanticipated change. Yet COVID-19 and George Floyd’s death punctuate the urgency of the Roadmap’s work focused on systems change and equity. Community-driven solutions and cross-sector collaboration are more important than when the Roadmap was developed during 2019. 

We share the Strategic Roadmap as a statement of intent, as well as an invitation to collaboration. Vitalyst cannot, and would not, do this work alone. Rather, we ask you to join us, teach us, lead us, and work alongside us as we move forward. Whether remotely or in-person, by Zoom or face-to-face, we look forward to partnering with you to build a collaborative network of champions focused on health and well-being for all Arizonans.
